Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging included.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
 

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Jewelry (for hygiene and safety reasons)

• Sale or discounted items

• Gift cards
   

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
 

Refund Processing

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
